If you connect your Google account or other third-party services, you authorise Nexus Assistant to access the data necessary to provide the requested functionality. This includes:
Google Calendar data: Accessing your calendar events to read your schedule and create new events based on your planning tasks or requests.
Gmail data: Accessing specific emails you choose to summarise or analyse for productivity insights. Nexus Assistant only accesses data required for these features and does not store email content beyond processing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and permissions.
All content and materials within Nexus Assistant are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Nexus Assistant is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Nexus Assistant if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that may cause harm to us or others.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of Nexus Assistant after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
